After completing my OA, I moved into a live technical screen with LeetCode-style problems. One used sliding-window logic and another used binary search. There was also a leadership-expectations conversation where I described a time I debugged an error: what went wrong, how I investigated it, and what I changed to prevent it from happening again.
The pace was quick, so I had to stay with the main idea instead of over-explaining. The coding topics mapped directly to standard patterns: sliding windows for contiguous constraints and binary search for an ordered search space.
I did not get an offer. The screen made clear that correct implementation came first, along with a structured account of how I debug and prevent recurrence. That combination of technical and narrative work felt a little more demanding than I expected.
Location: Canada. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
