The interview felt deliberately brutal and high-pressure. The format was streamlined, but it mixed behavioral and technical questions with an artificial time constraint, something like 60 minutes for a massive project. It felt designed to see whether I would break under pressure and matched the reputation I associated with a high-attrition hiring model, even though the process itself was not chaotic.
Alongside the technical work, I still had behavioral questions to answer. It came across as a test of endurance and clarity under constraint. I felt the clock in a way that disrupted my normal problem-solving flow and made every decision heavier.
I was not selected. What stayed with me was not only the difficulty but how clearly the process seemed engineered to show how I behave when pressure spikes. The structure felt consistent enough that I understood what they were measuring, and that honesty about my performance was hard but useful.
