The process started out promising and turned into a long endurance test. I went through several rounds with a professional, easy-to-talk-to interview team. Around the middle of the process, I was told that I had cleared everything.
The hiring timeline kept stretching after that. I then entered a "cooling-off" period of about four weeks with no communication. Just when I thought the process was over, I was told there had been a "policy change" and that I needed to complete three more rounds. Those conversations revisited much of the same ground.
By the end, I had gone through seven rounds. The final decision was a rejection. What stayed with me was how the repeated rounds and the silence made it feel like I was preparing across multiple seasons without any real clarity. I expected a more structured process that respected candidates' time, so the lack of transparency and continuity was the most frustrating part.
