A lot of my experience came down to reliability. I started with an HR conversation that went fine, then waited for a technical interview that never happened. After the interviewer didn't show, I followed up but received no real response or explanation. The lack of communication felt disrespectful because I'd set aside time and built expectations around the meeting.
Scheduling caused more problems later in the process. Reschedules never seemed to land, and follow-ups went unanswered. Even when I tried to close the loop, I was left waiting while everything stalled.
By the end, the role hadn't moved forward as it was supposed to, including a cancellation after multiple delays. I didn't get an offer, and more than anything, I was disappointed by how poorly the process handled candidate time. It made it hard to feel good about the experience as a whole.
