Palantir Interview Questions
Every one of the 10 Palantir questions collected here comes from a Software Engineer loop, and they split almost evenly: 4 system design, 3 coding and algorithms, 3 behavioural. Graphs run through the coding side, grouping employees by shared interests and finding shortest paths across a road network, and one round hands you a menu and asks you to solve two algorithm problems of your own choosing, a format worth rehearsing because the choice itself is being read. The design questions stay close to internal tooling rather than consumer scale: an internal interest-matching platform, and a question bank for interviews, so the interesting constraints are schema, access control and search rather than a billion users. Behavioural rounds ask you to reflect on past work and how you operate on a team, which fits a company that puts engineers in front of customers. Ratings are spread across 6 medium, 2 hard and 2 easy, 6 of the 10 land in a first technical screen, and 90 percent of it is visible without paying.
