My process felt refreshingly straightforward and well organized. It started with a recruiter screen, followed quickly by a conversation with the hiring manager. The recruiter was warm, and the scheduling and handoff felt seamless, which set a good tone from the beginning.

The hiring manager round was thorough and engaged. The interviewer seemed prepared, and the conversation moved naturally. I didn't feel grilled or rushed. It felt like they wanted to understand my background without adding unnecessary drama.

I then had a panel and presentation-style segment focused on how I connected my previous experience to the role. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming and receptive, and the process stayed professional and friendly throughout. It didn't end with an offer, but it still felt like a legitimate interview experience, with clear communication and respect for my time.

What I appreciated most was how quickly everything moved without becoming chaotic. Even though I didn't get the job, I left feeling that the process had been handled properly and that my interactions had been consistently constructive.

Location: Los Angls AFB, CA. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
