Software Engineer interview at ServiceTitan: slow coding sequence

ServiceTitan·Software Engineer·Reported Jul 2026
Medium

After a recruiter call, I went through several straightforward coding rounds. They focused on medium LeetCode-style data structures and algorithms. The interviewers were calm and practical, asked clarifying questions, and stayed interested in how I was thinking.

I cleared multiple rounds that kept testing much the same skill set, but the whole process took about a month. Several-day pauses appeared between stages, and responses were late. There was also a team-match conversation with a hiring manager after the coding work.

It felt mainly like a check that I could do core coding rather than a deep exploratory exercise. The interviews were fair and manageable with solid medium-LeetCode fundamentals, but I did not receive an offer.

Location: Bengaluru. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
