Tencent Software Engineer interview: three fast rounds and an offer in about 20 days

After applying online, I went through three quick rounds: a technical interview, a second interview that leaned behavioral for me, and an HR interview. The sequence moved fast enough that I essentially learned where I stood the same day. From application to offer took about 20 days. Each step moved forward without much waiting, and the process felt streamlined compared with other hiring loops I h…

Susquehanna International Group Quantitative Analyst interview: probability and coding

I had an OA first, then quick interviews combining probability with coding and problem solving. The technical portions did not seem impossibly hard, but they could be tricky. The challenge was staying consistent instead of getting stuck on one question. The follow-up conversations were smooth and interviewer-friendly, with HR reaching out quickly after positive feedback. One interview was casual,…

ADP Software Engineer interview: project depth, Java ecosystem questions, and a final HR check

The interview process felt organized and quick, beginning with a large pool. Roughly fifty students were shortlisted, then the process moved through three stages. In the first technical round, I leaned heavily on my resume because the discussion focused on projects, including architecture choices and implementation details. Near the end, the interviewer moved to core DSA, especially searching and…

Accenture Software Engineer interview: Python, Django, FastAPI, Pandas, and coding exercises

I had a role-specific technical interview that opened with my project experience. The interviewer then went into Python and its ecosystem: Python itself, Django, FastAPI, and Pandas. They also checked my understanding of OOP and API concepts. The technical discussion quickly became practical. I had multiple Python coding exercises focused on problem solving, where the point was to see how I reaso…

Accenture Software Engineer interview: resume discussion followed by a take-home assessment

I began with a structured early conversation. I introduced myself and went through my resume in detail, especially volunteer work and an internship. We discussed the programming languages and tools I had used, why I was interested in Accenture, and the company's different job levels and what comes with them. That made the call feel more like orientation than a rapid-fire screen. Afterward, I rece…

Josh Technology Group Software Engineer interview: unstable internet during an on-site OA

The process began with a standard online assessment, but the setting changed how it felt. I had to take the OA at a college venue, where the facilities were limited and the internet fluctuated enough to distract me. The test itself followed a typical structure of programming fundamentals and code-related questions, but those logistics made it harder to concentrate. After clearing that stage, I ha…

Imperial College London Research Analyst interview: presentation and competency discussion

The process felt rigorous but friendly. After the initial steps, I had a round with a presentation and a competency-style discussion led by two interviewers. They were personable and the mood was positive, even though the questions were clearly testing whether my background matched the role. The interview lasted about forty-five minutes. They asked a mix of competency and knowledge questions tied…

Oracle Health Account Executive interview: a late recruiter call and unanswered concerns

My process began with a recruiter interaction that already made me uneasy. The recruiter was late, and the tone felt cold and dismissive. People already in the role had told me the process should be simple and that I would not be expected to know everything. I went through the interview steps anyway and was ultimately rejected without meaningful feedback. What stayed with me was not only the miss…

Lockheed Martin Software Engineer interview: four-person behavioral panel and a quick offer

The process was slow to start. My application took about three weeks to move forward, but once it did, the interview part was fairly compact and organized. I had a behavioral-focused interview with a panel of four. They did not expect me to know everything. Instead, they used scenario questions to see how I thought when I did not have certainty. It felt less about finding a single right answer an…

Brillio Full Stack Engineer interview: a one-hour NodeJS group coding exercise

The group interview format felt intense from the start. I was placed with about 20 other people and given a sheet containing a complex NodeJS coding problem. We had one hour to solve it on our own, with no talking allowed. When the hour was up, each person had to present a solution privately to the interviewer. That put a lot of pressure on me. I could not compare approaches with anyone while sol…

Bosch Software Engineer interview: missed response date after a technical interview

HR approached me and scheduled a technical interview with several people involved. Afterward, I was told I would hear back by a particular date. That date passed without the promised response, and the delay is what made the experience negative for me. I did not hear the outcome I had hoped for. More than that, I was frustrated by the lack of a proper reply. Waiting without clarity is hard enough,…

AT&T Account Executive interview: objections, cold calling, and customer recruiting

The process opened with a straightforward recruiter-style conversation, but the questions quickly turned to how I had handled work situations. One main prompt asked about my best and worst scenarios. I had to explain what happened, how I got there, and what I did to work through the challenge. I then had a short, structured set of interviews centered on sales fundamentals. We discussed overcoming…

Arista Networks Software Engineer interview: relocation conflict after a 15-minute call

I had a very short conversation with a recruiting coordinator, about 15 minutes. She said right away, after going through my resume, that she did not think I was a fit and would not move me forward. Since the meeting was still on the calendar, it felt pointless. She explained that the issue was a mix of logistics and preference. Because I did not want to relocate immediately, they said an intervi…

Meta Data Scientist interview: SQL, product sense, and the full loop

A recruiter contacted me first, and I then went through what felt like a standard path from screening to the loop. The initial technical screen covered SQL and product sense. The questions were very much about connecting data work to business decisions. A couple of weeks later, I moved into the full loop. That loop had four rounds: analytical execution, analytical reasoning, technical skills, and…

Google Business Analyst data interview with DSA and modeling pressure

My first substantial technical step was data-heavy and more intense than I expected. The data interview included DSA and modeling questions, and the bar was reasoning under pressure, not just getting a final answer. One example looked like a simple arithmetic statement at first but was actually wrong, so I had to deal with that confusion while staying accurate. The interviewer continued with inte…

Microsoft Product Manager recruiter screen, hiring manager, and big-data silence

After I applied, I was contacted for an initial screen. The recruiter part felt a little unstructured but not off-putting, more conversational than scripted. What are interview experiences?

An interview experience is a candidate's own account of a hiring loop — not a question bank entry. It tells you the shape of the process: how many rounds there were, what each round actually tested, how long the gaps between them ran, and what the recruiter said at the end. That context is the part a question list cannot give you.

How to read them

Weight recent write-ups more heavily — interview loops change, often within a year. Read several for the same company and role rather than one: a single account tells you what one interviewer asked, while five tell you what the bar is. Note the outcome badge too, since a rejection write-up usually explains the gap far more precisely than an offer one.
