Juspay Software Engineer hackathon coding and systems threshold process

After a recruiter step, I went through a long sequence that felt closer to events than ordinary interviews. An early hackathon-style track included a live coding problem. A developer explained the prompt and stayed engaged while I worked, and the judging focused on how I wrote code and handled the engineering work as it unfolded. Later discussions covered DBMS, computer networks, operating system…

J.B. Hunt Transport Software Engineer career fair panel and short technical segment

I met recruiters at a career fair and interviewed shortly afterward, with the virtual session about a week later. A recruiter and another interviewer joined the call. It was mostly behavioral: we discussed my background and team experience, with only a small amount of programming discussion. I did not have a separate coding assessment, so it felt more about fit and communication than problem solv…

Medpace Research Analyst hybrid-policy mismatch and clinical-trial question

The process began with a mismatch in expectations. In an earlier phone conversation, I was told about a hybrid policy that did not match what came up later in the in-person part of the process. From my side, the experience felt frazzled. The interviewer seemed disconnected, and I got the impression that they did not have complete answers to my questions. The timeline was roughly three weeks: firs…

Manpower Belgium Consultant Oracle HCM and consulting motivation interview

The interview felt professional and relevant to the role. I began by discussing my background, then answered questions about Oracle HCM, my project experience, and my functional knowledge. Scenario questions tested whether I could reason through real-time situations rather than simply recite theory. The tone was relaxed and easy to follow. I was treated openly, and the conversation switched quick…

Ltimindtree Software Engineer Genesys Cloud technical interview and generic rejection

A recruiter call started the process, and my resume was shared with the hiring team. Once I was shortlisted, I had a technical interview focused heavily on my Genesys Cloud experience. I discussed architecture, contact center implementation, and my migration approach. The interviewer stayed professional throughout. I thought the technical discussion went well and that I had answered clearly. What…

KPMG Consultant HR screen through partner culture conversation

My process was structured from the start. I began with an HR screen, then had consecutive interviews that ended with a partner. The path was clear: an early fit check, manager- and director-level conversations, then a final conversation about culture fit with the partner. The earlier discussions mixed behavioral questions with role-relevant topics. As I reached the later stages, the focus narrowe…

Palantir Software Engineer 30-minute deployment strategist screen

I expected a heavy technical process, but the first call surprised me. I had a 30-minute phone screen with a deployment strategist, and it went very well. We talked mainly about my resume, projects, and general background. It felt like a conversation about how I think and what I had been doing, not an immediate coding test. I did not receive an offer. What stayed with me was that the early stage…

Northern Trust Business Analyst aptitude test and four-to-six-week process

The first major step was a virtual aptitude assessment. It mixed quantitative and language sections: time and work, percentages, distance reasoning, vocabulary, and logic. One account described roughly 100+ questions in about an hour, which matched my experience of a long test that required careful time management. I then had a telephonic confirmation and a personal interview with the hiring team…

Netskope Software Engineer selection update followed by four-week delay

Things began quickly. Talent acquisition called me about an opening, I applied right away, and I was given interview slots. The interviews felt good, friendly, and positive. Afterward I was told that I had been selected and was asked for details, but communication stalled. More than four weeks passed. When I emailed about offer paperwork, I was only given new dates. The delay stopped feeling like…

PepsiCo Account Executive behavioral interview with STAR examples

The process had little friction. It began with a quick informational session that set expectations, then moved into the interview without surprises. The focus was basic fit: how I worked with people, handled conflict, and contributed to a team. The conversation was casual rather than interrogative. I discussed my background and used STAR examples for scenario questions, including a question about…

Molex Software Engineer three-step fundamentals and resume interview

After I was shortlisted, I went through three stages: a technical round, an advanced technical round, and an HR conversation. Every stage came back to engineering fundamentals and my resume. How I explained my work and approached a problem seemed to matter as much as the answer itself. The technical rounds were tied to my projects, tools, and claimed skills rather than random puzzles. Northwestern Mutual Financial Analyst recruiter process and three rounds in a week

After the recruiter touchpoint, the process was organized quickly and moved without much drama. I completed three rounds in about a week. Nordstrom Account Executive interview: long waits and conflicting interviewer expectations

The process started out looking standard, but it soured because of how it was run and communicated. There was back and forth and long waits, which made it feel less organized than it should have been. At one point, I waited a long time outside before reaching hiring personnel, and the tone I received felt condescending rather than welcoming. NCS Software Engineer interview: campus coding test and deeper systems discussion

I was brought into an on-campus opportunity with an exam-like format. The technical round had MCQs and two coding questions, and I could choose Python, Java, C, or C++. It seemed to test basic coding speed and structured problem solving. Next came a face-to-face technical interview with senior people. My process had a focused sequence of rounds. First, I had a technical interview with Python questions ranging from basic to advanced, and I cleared it. I had a client-side interview and moved into background verification the next day. A few days later, the consulting firm told me that my profile had been rejected. Moody's Software Engineer interview: interval DSA, AWS, and manager interruptions

My first interview began with a LeetCode-style DSA problem about intervals that felt medium to hard. My process opened with a general HR-style introduction and then moved into technical rounds. Super Micro Computer Software Engineer interview: three-month loop to offer

After an online assessment and recruiter call, I was scheduled for an onsite-style loop. From assessment to decision, the process took around three months. What are interview experiences?

An interview experience is a candidate's own account of a hiring loop — not a question bank entry. It tells you the shape of the process: how many rounds there were, what each round actually tested, how long the gaps between them ran, and what the recruiter said at the end. That context is the part a question list cannot give you.

How to read them

Weight recent write-ups more heavily — interview loops change, often within a year. Read several for the same company and role rather than one: a single account tells you what one interviewer asked, while five tell you what the bar is. Note the outcome badge too, since a rejection write-up usually explains the gap far more precisely than an offer one.

Likes must come from established accounts; like-for-like swaps and likes from your own second account are not paid.
