JPMorganChase Software Engineer interview: precise coding and a same-day superday

The first technical round went straight into coding. The interviewer wanted an exact output, and I couldn't produce it within the time limit. It felt more demanding than an introductory question and set a sharp tone. Later, several rounds were grouped into a same-day superday with short breaks. They covered DSA, system design and behavior. Coding questions included greedy-style reasoning and tick…

DXC Technology Software Engineer interview: .NET, APIs and frontend fundamentals

After introductions, we discussed my previous projects and work experience. The technical conversation went deeply into the Microsoft stack: .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core and SQL. We also covered REST APIs and frontend work in JavaScript and Angular. There were questions about object-oriented programming, dependency injection and debugging scenarios too. The interviewer was professional and gave me time…

Capital One Product Manager interview: four Power Day interviews and a DMV case

My final stage was Power Day: four back-to-back video interviews. Two were consulting-style cases. The other two focused on product work, including a product I'd led and a product-sense case study. The product prompt involved designing an experience related to the DMV. I had to connect the user journey, decisions and trade-offs into a clear plan. The day felt like an assessment of how I framed pr…

Google Software Engineer interview: algorithm rounds and delayed feedback

The process felt complicated and drawn out. After the early steps, I had a couple of algorithm-focused meetings with technical reviewers and an HR personal questionnaire. There were long gaps without updates, and I received no constructive feedback once it was over. Some early steps seemed smooth, but after submitting my materials I couldn't tell when they'd be reviewed or how long the decision w…

Accenture España Software Engineer interview: unconfirmed invitations and tracking confusion

The process was more memorable for its confusion than its technical questions. Evaluation problems felt unclear and unnecessary, and invitations arrived without seeming to lead to anything concrete. I spent a lot of time waiting and checking what was happening. At one point, an assessment and interview were scheduled, but I never received confirmation or an update that made me confident the inter…

Arm Software Engineer interview: presentation, programming and technical depth

The process moved quickly from a recruiter call into a technical screen. I spoke with a hiring-manager-style interviewer, then had several technical interviews. One round combined a presentation and a programming test. The sessions generally moved from my background and previous work into theory, data structures, algorithms and coding. The interviews were structured but challenging, with both tec…

Amazon Advertising Software Engineer interview: STAR examples, coding and debugging

I passed an online assessment combining coding with behavioral questions about Amazon Leadership Principles. The next interviews used an in-person-style format over video. The first focused mostly on leadership principles, my experience and previous projects. Toward the end of the loop, I worked through a system-design coding problem and had more hands-on technical discussions with engineers. I e…

Infosys Finacle Consultant interview: projects, .NET and core software concepts

The process was challenging in a useful way and ended with an offer. I discussed my projects and answered .NET questions, along with object-oriented concepts, APIs and basic AI ideas. The interviewers wanted technical understanding and clear explanations of what I'd built and why. Those conversations helped me understand which points mattered most to the team and manager. I felt the interviews te…

Infosys Finacle Consultant interview: technical depth, management and scenarios

The interviews felt smooth and well organized, and they gave me new ways to think about difficult situations. Infosys Finacle Consultant interview: virtual technical discussion and in-person HR

I had a couple of calm, straightforward rounds: a virtual technical interview and a separate face-to-face HR conversation. The smooth format made it easy to stay focused. The technical discussion covered topics relevant to the role, and I felt I had room to explain my answers. HR concentrated on fit. Results and feedback arrived quickly enough that the process didn't feel drawn out. I received an…

ADCI - Karnataka Network Engineer interview: technical, program-manager and Bar Raiser rounds

The process took about a week, close to five business days. It moved briskly from technical interviews through a program-manager conversation and a Bar Raiser round. I felt they were assessing more than one kind of ability. The technical rounds followed familiar Amazon interview patterns. The Bar Raiser made the assessment feel more calibrated, as though they were checking whether my leadership a…

ADCI - Karnataka Software Engineer interview: leadership stories and timed coding

I passed an online assessment with coding and behavioral questions tied to Amazon Leadership Principles, then moved to in-person interviews. Teledyne Technologies Systems Engineer interview: an intimidating first impression

From the start, I wondered whether I was the kind of candidate they wanted. The hiring manager's tone felt intimidating, and I began second-guessing my answers during the conversation. I expected the process might stop there, so I was surprised when they invited me to a second interview. I had to put the first conversation behind me and continue. The difficulty itself was average. Softtek Software Engineer interview: explaining a program and its requirements

The interview felt focused and demanding. The interviewer had a long professional background and seemed interested in how I reasoned through the problem. Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management Software Engineer interview: DSA and project trade-offs

A recruiter contacted me, and the early technical screen felt easy compared with the later rounds. What are interview experiences?

An interview experience is a candidate's own account of a hiring loop — not a question bank entry. It tells you the shape of the process: how many rounds there were, what each round actually tested, how long the gaps between them ran, and what the recruiter said at the end. That context is the part a question list cannot give you.

How to read them

Weight recent write-ups more heavily — interview loops change, often within a year. Read several for the same company and role rather than one: a single account tells you what one interviewer asked, while five tell you what the bar is. Note the outcome badge too, since a rejection write-up usually explains the gap far more precisely than an offer one.

Share your own

Every published experience earns 50 XP, and each of the first 3 likes it receives in a day earns you 10 XP more. Likes must come from established accounts; like-for-like swaps and likes from your own second account are not paid. Write it while the details are fresh — the round order, the exact prompts, and how much time you were given are what the next reader needs.
