Zoom Video Communications Account Executive interview: clear steps, delayed decision

The multi-round process moved quickly without becoming chaotic. After an HR touchpoint, the scheduling and next steps were clear, and I was not left wondering where I stood. Everyone I spoke with was professional, and the communication felt constructive. The process kept momentum even though it was described as "length" at one point, and I felt I had handled each round well. The frustrating part…

Workday Account Executive interview: deal review and leadership interview

After a casual recruiter-to-hiring-manager conversation, I did a deal review with a panel. I walked through my sales experience and execution, turning my background into a clear account of what I had done and how I would drive outcomes. The next step was an interview with hiring leadership, which focused more on judgment and fit than on repeating those sales stories. The process followed a standa…

Wells Fargo Financial Analyst interview: three structured superday sessions

The process felt organized and standardized, especially at the superday. I completed HireVue and, about a week later, attended an in-person final round with three interviews of roughly 30 minutes each. Two were technical and one was behavioral. Everything ran smoothly, with a familiar rhythm across interviewers. The technical sessions covered accounting and ratios, including debt and equity conce…

Accenture Software Engineer interview: Java, web stack, and no follow-up

I began with an online coding assessment, then had a combined technical and HR interview. The technical discussion covered core Java, Spring Boot, SQL, JavaScript, React, Git, and SDLC. They also went deeply into the projects on my resume, with some HR and scenario questions along the way. The process felt smooth and moderately difficult. After the interview, though, I received no updates or feed…

Accenture Consultant interview: compensation stop and SAP scenarios

An initial recruiter call ended as soon as I shared my salary expectations. It felt like the technical fit stopped mattering once that number did not match another offer I had received. On later SAP-focused paths, I worked through practical SAP FICO scenarios, including group reporting, central finance, and case studies where I explained my technical approach. Another SAP track went deeper on SAP…

Amazon Account Executive interview: behavioral stories and Leadership Principles

After a recruiter screen, I had interviews about my previous experience and behavioral examples, with situational and problem-solving questions mixed in. Communication was clear, and the panel was approachable, which made it less intimidating than I expected. The conversations were about how I worked, handled situations, and made decisions rather than intense technical drills. Amazon Leadership P…

Zoom Communications Account Executive interview: clear and timely process

After the HR conversation, every step was explained and scheduled clearly. I was never left in limbo, and communication stayed professional and responsive. The people in the process gave clear instructions, started meetings on time, and seemed to know exactly which stage they were running. I always knew what was next, without the awkward silence that can follow a recruiter step. I did not get the…

Rakuten Payment Software Engineer interview: late, unstructured role discussion

The meeting felt off from the first few minutes. The interviewer arrived several minutes late, did not acknowledge it, and gave no apology or proper greeting. They only started talking when I asked something relevant. There was little discussion of the job scope or what the role involved. The only concrete reference was a short video and a vague comment about wanting to do something similar. I ha…

JP Morgan Chase Financial Analyst interview: timed assessment and stock pitch

The process began with a HackerRank assessment containing two LeetCode-style questions. It took me about twenty minutes because I kept optimizing more than I expected to, when I had expected something closer to fifteen minutes. Later, I gave a stock pitch and then had to solve a very difficult math problem in the interview loop. There were short, timed answer windows and no chance to redo an answ…

GreyOrange Software Engineer interview: Java output and two-pointer questions

The virtual interview opened with an introduction, then moved quickly into Java. I answered two questions about working out the output, followed by two basic DSA questions, including a two-pointer problem. It was a straightforward technical screen. The focus was clear reasoning and getting the output right, not a long, complicated algorithm under pressure. I did not progress, and it left me feeli…

Airtel Digital Account Executive interview: stalled communication and uncertainty

The hardest part of this process was not technical difficulty. It was the gaps in communication and stalled updates. I went through long stretches without clear feedback and had to follow up repeatedly just to get a response. That made the timeline feel drawn out even though the interview rounds themselves were not described as especially complex. My schedule also shifted around an in-person HR-r…

Micro1 Software Engineer interview: fast Zara AI technical sequence

My first interaction with Micro1 was a Zara AI interview that ramped up quickly. The technical questions became difficult fast, and the flow was so tight that I had little time to pause before the bot advanced. If I did not answer in time, it moved to the next item. It felt as though I had to go through every section. In a stack-related set of questions, I could not effectively skip ahead and had…

Delta Air Lines Software Engineer interview: dismissive manager led to withdrawal

The first conversation was uncomfortable from the start. The hiring manager felt condescending, told me to "slow down" while I explained my background, and when I asked for feedback, criticized only my attire as too casual even though he was dressed much more casually. Very little of the discussion concerned technical skills or performance. He pointed to internal communications for the formality…

Capgemini Software Engineer interview: ServiceNow scenario troubleshooting

This was technical from start to finish, but unlike a generic software-engineer screen. It began on Microsoft Teams and focused on a specific toolset and real scenarios rather than theory. My questions centered on ServiceNow ITSM, scripting, and troubleshooting. Because the prompts were scenario-based, I had to work out the expected behavior rather than recite definitions. Some were long and not…

Capgemini Software Engineer interview: fast project-based technical round

After a recruiter screen on basic requirements, notice period, and salary expectations, I had a short, fast technical interview. It covered core coding and problem-solving with some system-design concepts, and moved quickly enough that I had to keep my explanations crisp. I discussed a project, then answered design and implementation questions about challenges, technologies, and how the pieces wo…

Capgemini Business Analyst interview: referral and on-campus routes

After a referral for a Business Analyst role, I moved quickly into a virtual interview. The panel asked about my resume, projects, internship, SQL, Power BI, and general business-analysis concepts. It felt a little off because they did not seem to have reviewed my resume carefully, so the questions did not always land as expected. I also went through an on-campus style route with two rounds: a te…

AT&T Account Executive interview: third-party calls after withdrawal

This experience was less about interviews than about how my information seemed to be used. I stepped away from an earlier interview after accepting a better offer elsewhere, then kept receiving calls from third parties claiming to work with AT&T and trying to schedule another interview. It eventually seemed that my number had been shared or surfaced somewhere it should not have been. That made th…

NVIDIA Embedded Engineer interview: two-hour C coding screen

HR called to coordinate a time, then I joined a two-hour technical interview. I did not make it past that first interview, which was disappointing, although the format was straightforward. I discussed a project I had worked on and answered several questions about it before the conversation shifted to coding. The…

Apple Software Engineer interview: timing, circuits, and coding under pressure

The process was long and kept expanding. I had multiple roughly one-hour interviews, and the volume itself made it intense. Technical questions covered setup and hold timing, transistor and diode behavior, logic reasoning, and at least one coding round with medium LeetCode-style problems such as string compression and an LRU cache. The mix of coding and hardware-timing questions tested both reaso…

Ramp Software Engineer interview: AI-assisted development screen

After a recruiter reached out, I had a short screen that was mostly about how I use AI day to day. We discussed what I had built or worked on with coding assistants and answered questions directly about AI-assisted development. The recruiter did not go deeply into much else, so the AI emphasis was clear. The next step was another technical conversation with a practical coding feel. It had two par…

What are interview experiences?

An interview experience is a candidate's own account of a hiring loop — not a question bank entry. It tells you the shape of the process: how many rounds there were, what each round actually tested, how long the gaps between them ran, and what the recruiter said at the end. That context is the part a question list cannot give you.

How to read them

Weight recent write-ups more heavily — interview loops change, often within a year. Read several for the same company and role rather than one: a single account tells you what one interviewer asked, while five tell you what the bar is. Note the outcome badge too, since a rejection write-up usually explains the gap far more precisely than an offer one.
