Infosys Finacle Software Engineer interview: projects and ML in an HR round

I started with a medium-difficulty aptitude round and then had an HR conversation. We discussed my projects and the ML concepts on my resume. Much of it became behavioral, with the interviewer asking for examples from work rather than checking technical vocabulary in isolation. The process felt organized and comfortable. I could connect my experience to the role, and the questions followed the st…

Infosys Finacle Software Engineer interview: production, security, and cloud depth

This process was demanding and centered on systems and production thinking. I first handled several system-design tasks, then discussed my resume and worked through in-person DSA questions at about medium LeetCode or CodeChef level. There were also cryptography questions and deployment-like scenarios. Another comparable technical deep dive began with a DSA written test and pushed further into pro…

Infosys Finacle Software Engineer interview: four DSA questions and system design

The process had three clear rounds. First came four DSA questions, described as easy, medium, hard, and complex. Clearing that programming round determined whether I moved forward. Then I was given system-design tasks and had to design solutions rather than list technologies. The final technical round tied the DSA and design themes together and also went into my background. The interviewers were…

Info Edge Software Engineer interview: DSA, Java, SQL, and design

After an HR touchpoint, I went through several structured rounds. The first technical round combined DSA, core Java, SQL, and my prior work. The next moved into low-level design and development concepts, with DevOps basics, cloud fundamentals, and more discussion of my experience. The manager round still included DSA, alongside behavioral questions. The difficulty felt average and the tone profes…

AtkinsRéalis Software Engineer interview: reasoning through two open questions

The interview used two longer, open-ended questions. I had about five minutes to think about each one before presenting an answer and walking through my reasoning. I was surprised that being logical mattered more than landing on a single correct answer. The interviewer paid attention to how I organized my thoughts, explained tradeoffs, and stayed coherent under time pressure. It was challenging b…

McKinsey & Business Analyst interview: case pace and opaque decisions

I applied online and waited for the Solve-style assessment and next steps. I advanced after the pre-screen, but the connection between the test and interview decisions wasn't clear to me. Even when I asked later, I couldn't fully understand the scoring and matching. At one stage, it seemed that both my assessment and resume affected whether I moved forward. The live interviews paired personal exp…

IQVIA Consultant interview: market sizing and case discussions

I began with a roughly fifteen-minute recruiter phone screen. I introduced myself, discussed expected salary, and talked about whether I had collaborated on studies with industries beyond my university. Later rounds mixed consulting work with business judgment. I handled a brief market-sizing question, a more formal case approach, and behavioral questions throughout. The rhythm was talk, case, th…

Micron Technology Software Engineer interview: concise answers in a fast-moving process

After a recruiter call, I quickly moved to a short live interview. I spent about twenty minutes explaining my experience, then answered critical-thinking questions. The technical material was simple, but I still needed to explain the fundamentals clearly: a circuit involving a voltage supply, resistance and a capacitor, plus at least one probability-style question. The high-volume hiring format f…

Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd Software Engineer interview: a short critical-thinking screen

The interviewer spent about twenty minutes on my background, then used the rest of the short conversation for critical-thinking questions. There was very little technical material, although I did have to explain a simple circuit with a voltage supply, resistance, and a capacitor. The logic-focused portion threw me off because it did not feel very engineering-specific. The staged, high-volume form…

Manpower Belgium Software Engineer interview: fundamentals over project history

I applied for a full-stack C# and Angular role, but the interview ended sooner than I expected. The first-round questions felt fairly simple, and I would call the difficulty easy. What caught me unprepared was the emphasis on core concepts rather than the projects I had built. I did not clear the interview, and my sense was that fundamentals mattered more here than demonstrating prior work. Locat…

Manpower Belgium Software Engineer interview: HR screen, video and face-to-face rounds

I began with an HR screening call about my experience, notice period, and availability. HR then sent the job description, the details of where the rest of the process would take place, and what to expect next. After a few further stages, I had a technical interview by video and then three face-to-face interviews that mixed technical and business topics. One memorable question was whether I wanted…

Luxoft India Software Engineer interview: engineering stack and incident handling

After a recruiter introduction, I spoke with HR about my background, motivations, what I had done, and what I wanted to change. A little later, I had a technical discussion with the team lead that went deeper into software development, application and infrastructure monitoring, incident handling, and technologies from prior projects. Ltimindtree Software Engineer interview: aptitude, chatbot and fundamentals

I started with an online aptitude-style round, then moved into an AI chatbot interaction and technical discussions. Depending on how the conversation went, the interviewer also returned to projects on my résumé. Although the topics were broad, the difficulty felt manageable.…

Kyndryl Software Engineer interview: English assessment, group discussion and networking

After an initial recruiter-style step, I took an online English assessment. It had a fluency check, then vocabulary and spelling questions, all under a time limit with many questions. It stressed speed and accuracy, and I had to be careful with unknown answers because wrong answers carried negative marking. Soon after, I joined a group discussion on a current technology topic. Everyone needed a c…

Prime Video Software Engineer interview: two DSA questions, leadership scenarios and waitlist

My online assessment had two DSA questions as well as multiple-choice scenario questions about leadership quality. After I was shortlisted, I had a technical online interview with two more DSA problems, and I solved them. The interviews felt organized and consistent. They were not only about abstract coding; leadership expectations and structured thinking also showed up in the questions. Even aft…

Prime Video Software Engineer interview: recruiter screen and shared-editor live coding

I first had a brief recruiter phone screen of about 30 minutes, focused on my background and résumé. I was then invited to a technical video interview with a senior engineer. Odoo Business Analyst interview: software workflow exercises and a hiring pause

What are interview experiences?

An interview experience is a candidate's own account of a hiring loop — not a question bank entry. It tells you the shape of the process: how many rounds there were, what each round actually tested, how long the gaps between them ran, and what the recruiter said at the end. That context is the part a question list cannot give you.

How to read them

Weight recent write-ups more heavily — interview loops change, often within a year. Read several for the same company and role rather than one: a single account tells you what one interviewer asked, while five tell you what the bar is. Note the outcome badge too, since a rejection write-up usually explains the gap far more precisely than an offer one.
